Fund my app🆕 Open store linked voting app
Create an app that allows someone to create a poll remotely via the app ... and that others can then 'subscribe' to a poll and upload a response. It would be great if it could be linked to either the forum accounts or the open store accounts (if that is a thing) for the sake of enforcing one vote per person or per app install.

Hey, Yeah. I agree that hosting a server is a big ask. Would we need to have the polling plugin installed on the forum? or could this be done on app using only the forum for login.

Hello @RJDan, Thank you for your feature request. I have 2 preliminary remarks: - First at first sight what you request does not require only an app development, but also hosting and maintaining a server to host pools, so that they are accessible at any time by users and results can be stored and shared. Hosting a server and maintaining a server for an app is not something that I planed to do, as part of Fund my app. (Except maybe if a high interest from a large number of users would appear for something) - The only thing that could avoid that is basing the app on an existing platform, in this example it could be the forum. That would also solve your unique user problem. But it would only kind of automate and make visually more appealing the operations that you made last year. Users could automatically send the poll owner a PM with their vote, in a specific format, through the poll in app. And the poll owner could see automatically the results in the app, by automatically interpreting the PM received. The drawback would be that users would need to trust the app to enter their forum account... I'm not sure how hard it would be to do so! What do you think?
