One thing I miss on Ubuntu Touch is a reliable app for scanning documents and saving them as PDFs or image files. Since I use ngx on Ubuntu Paperless, I really miss having a scanning app like that. One example from the PayStore and Apple Store app stores is “Genius Scan.”
